 “The Last of the Real Ones” by Fall Out Boy crank up the weight and get ready to leave your seat…then sit again…then stand again…
“Mi Gente” by J Balvin, Willy William, Beyonce – boom baby, on to a hill with some standing sprints. DON’T touch that resistance (unless of course you’re adding more on)

2. Good Old Days (Macklemore): Steady climb doesn’t mean easy. Find the beat and continue to build your resistance as you head to the top of the climb.
