Spoiler: Fool – Ftiz & the Tantrums — We’ll have a mix of standing climbs and then coming back in the saddle to sprint it out! This mix of tough resistance (during the climb) and high RPM’s (while sprinting) will get you into that Zone 4 breathless feeling!
Over and Over Again – The Used — This song is five minutes long and each minute we will be adding resistance for a seated climb. The last two and half minutes we will come up for a standing climb to finish out the track.
