I cannot say enough about my fantastic experience at H2L Studio. I was brand new to yoga and had been searching for a studio and am so glad to have found H2L. I started in Brenda Eppley’s beginner yoga course where I was introduced to the practice and gained a great foundation to continue in yoga. From there I have become a regular in Lissa Schubert’s Wednesday evening class. Lissa’s class is a highlight of my week and has made me truly fall in love with yoga! She creates the most inviting, comfortable environment where I feel completely at ease during my practice. It is obvious that Lissa truly cares about her students as she is always open to feedback and there to offer guidance before, during and after every class. She is such a positive, encouraging teacher and makes each class suitable for all levels so students can grow and evolve through her class. Lissa’s class is the perfect midweek pick-me-up where you are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired to finish the week out strong! – Lindsay H.
