H2L Studio, LLC., was formed in Mechanicsburg, PA when the founders had trouble finding somewhere in the Harrisburg area where they could learn and grow their holistic interests. This studio wasn’t built for us though, it was built for you, the community! We want you to feel at home here.
H2L Studio has one goal, which is helping you reach your own goal to create a healthy and holistic lifestyle. How can we do that? By bringing together all of our (and your) favorite things under one roof.
Whether you’re working on mastering your first Downward Dog or enjoy practicing your headstand, we have classes for you. We teach with an all-level welcome attitude, meaning anyone is welcome to jump in and try a class. Some classes are labeled Beginner, or Slow Flow, which we encourage you to try first if you’re new to the class genre. If you have any questions or would like to create a class schedule with our instructors, feel free to email, call, or text us. We also have in-app messaging in the Momence App, where you can also book classes and read descriptions of what to expect.

Barre is a fitness class based on ballet and Pilates principles. Our classes are welcoming to all levels. Perfect workout if you are looking to tone and strengthen your body and have fun!

Pilates is perfect for those looking to increase their flexibility, and strengthen and lengthen their muscles without putting stress on their joints. We offer Mat Pilates & Pilates Equipment (Reformers) classes.
Always welcome to any level, Yoga is the perfect practice for clients hoping to increase flexibility, slow their mind and heal their mind, body, and soul. We offer a variety of styles to fit your needs.
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, we do this by using straps that are attached to an anchor on the wall. It’s a full-body workout that is beneficial for all!
We have a variety of strength training classes to offer, Bootcamp classes offer a full-body workout. Clients can work at their own pace and use their choice of weights.
We have options for one-on-one, two-on-one or Small Group Personal Training options. These sessions can be tailored to your specific goals and schedule.
