Interested in working one on one with one of our instructors and getting a custom workout? Have a group of coworkers, friends, or family that you want to workout with? These training classes are a great option to get more one on one attention from an instructor for you and your friends! 

All of these training classes will provide you with a custom workout designed by our instructors. It can be any class class type or workout geared towards your needs. These sessions can be done on Zoom, in-studio, or outdoors (weather permitting). Times are flexible based on your schedule! Email us to book yours!
