Meet Carrie

Carrie believes that massage therapy is an investment in your mind and body and is an essential part of self-care. She has a passion for exploring all areas of wellness and incorporating them in her everyday life.
In her practice, Carrie aims to help others find peace of mind through therapeutic massages or focuses on helping to relieve physical discomfort by using a more targeted deep tissue massage or trigger point therapy. Other types of massage included in her scope of practice are prenatal, reflexology, cupping, chair massage, and Ashiatsu.
Carrie became a licensed massage therapist in PA, in 2014, after graduating from Harrisburg Area Community College massage therapy program. That same year she earned her associate’s degree in Health Science from HACC. She began her career at a wellness center in Carlisle, practicing mostly relaxation and stress relief massages, and then ventured into business for herself, focusing on a more therapeutic approach.
Outside of her career as a massage therapist, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves reading, practicing yoga, hiking, and just about any activity that involves being creative and active in nature.
