Still need convincing? Here’s some FAQ.

What is the difference between personal training and group classes? Personal training is an individualized and educated approach to resistance training.  The workouts are customized for the individual, their goals, lifestyle needs, and experience level.  The main difference between personal training and group classes is that personal training is a private/semi-private experience that is 100% tailored to the client and is goal-specific to each person’s needs.

How often should I see a personal trainer? This will depend on the client’s desire, their availability, and the trainer’s availability, but most people benefit from 1-3 sessions per week.

Will I always have the same personal trainer? – Yes!  For most situations, we prefer you stay with the same trainer; however, it is possible to work with multiple coaches if needed.  We do ensure that coaches are following the same protocols for each client to stay as consistent as possible.

Are the workouts tailored for me? – Yes!  The workouts will always be tailored to the client, their experience level, physical abilities, goals, and personal preferences.

What will we cover in my consultation? During your consultation, we will discuss your specific goals, health history, and personalized plan and get you feeling comfortable and ready to go!

Who can benefit from Personal Training? Everyone can benefit from personal training sessions. Your trainer will create a workout plan to help you meet your goals and work within your body’s limits.

How much is a consultation? Before you start personal training, we’ll schedule a consultation at no charge to talk about the process and set some goals. Generally, a consultation is around 30 minutes, sometimes more or less depending on your goals and health history.

How do I schedule my free consultation? Please contact us via text, email, or in-app messaging to let us know you want to get started! If you send us a message with your general schedule we can pair you with a trainer. For example, if you are looking for early morning, daytime, or evening sessions, please let us know so we can match you to someone with the same schedule.

How long are the sessions? We currently offer 30 and 45-minute sessions. You and your trainer can choose a length of time that works for you, your goals, and your schedule.

What should I bring to my sessions? Wear something comfortable and bring a water bottle. We have the equipment and props that we will use in your session.
