Cupping: NEW! Many athletes are fans of this treatment. An ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist will use special cups that will create suction on your skin. Cups are left in place for up to several minutes. It is beneficial for pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep tissue massage used on target areas of pain and tension. Cup marks may be seen.

Hot Stone Massage: Hot Stone Massage is a form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation. Adding heat to specific areas of the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. Not recommended for pregnancy.

Deep Tissue Massage: A more focused session for specific muscle groups that are problematic. The therapist will use a combination of deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques. This session will be customized based on clients needs.

Prenatal Massage: Prenatal Massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy. Pregnancy support system is used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind. It will also allow Mother to lay face down for her massage during her pregnancy. Mother and baby share in the benefits as stress and tension melt away, leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Relief of stress on feet, ankles, lower back, and neck, as well as reducing swelling, are all benefits of a Prenatal Massage. Please consult with your physician to be sure massage is permitted.

Thai Massage: Thai yoga massage is unique. The massage therapist moves your body in multiple poses, massaging your muscles in different positions than traditional massage. This technique improves mobility and flexibility. Thai yoga massage is received completely clothed can be very energizing. Athletic clothing that moves easily and has no buttons or zippers is recommended.

Intraoral Massage: Intraoral massage is a treatment that focuses on the muscles both inside and outside of the mouth and jaw. This is a treatment targeted towards people who are experiencing headaches, jaw tension, and TMJ disorder. The therapist wears gloves and does work inside the mouth. This service can stand alone or be an add-on to any massage.

Lomi Lomi Massage: A Hawaiian massage that provides rhythmic waves of massage with forearm strokes. Draping during this massage is minimal, so guests who are more modest may prefer a Relaxation Massage.

Just About Feet: Treatment that is focused on feet and ankles using relaxation and reflexology techniques. Hot towel treatment and optional foot scrub. Your feet will love you and you will feel more relaxed

Ana is a LMT with training from schools in North Carolina and here in central PA. She has a passion for helping people through various healing processes. Ana enjoys massaging intuitively and takes time to listen to her client’s bodywork needs and goals and develops an individual treatment plan for each person. In her free time she likes traveling with her husband, visiting museums, the great outdoors, live music, adventuring with friends, spending time with her church, making people laugh, and trying new foods and recipes.
Katie has been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years. She received her training from South Carolina Institute of Massage Therapy and Esthetics. She has learned many new modalities over the years, to include; prenatal massage, stone, and Lomi Lomi. She enjoys learning new techniques and prides herself in continually expanding her knowledge in order to better serve her clients. After completing school in South Carolina, she relocated to the central PA area. She has been here for 14 years now, and has been happily married for 13 of them! She and her husband have a 4-year-old son and another baby on the way! In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family, friends and the people she loves!
Raffy started her Massage career in 2014 as a Licensed Massage Practitioner in Seattle, Washington. She specializes in Myofascial techniques and is certified in Orthopedic Massage. Raffy has worked hard throughout the years to create her own unique style that blends these techniques with Swedish Massage. She likes to call her style, “Therapeutic Relaxation,” and loves educating her clients, answering any questions they might have. Outside of Massage, Raffy is a full-time Childcare Provider, as well as a Music Journalist and Radio Show Host. In her free time (if she has any) she spends time with her husband and their 2 cats and loves to make people laugh with her over-the-top personality!
