Happy Spring everyone! Was there ever a time in your life you felt like you needed that sunshine more?!

We are so excited to be bringing back outdoor classes for spring and summer. We’re trying to coordinate classes as planned events and throwing some out as pop-ups when the weather looks nice because we know you need it, and so do we! We will have plenty of options for you this season including Outdoor Barre, Outdoor Yoga, Outdoor Strength classes, as well as Outdoor Kids Yoga!

In the COVID world, outdoor classes are a hit, because there’s lots of space and fresh air. Even in the Pre-Covid world (and, what we can’t wait for, After Covid World), Outdoor classes come with huge benefits.

While the benefit of taking a fitness class seems pretty obvious, taking an outdoor class and soaking up some sunshine may also improve your mood!

After being cooped up in the house for so many months (Like, so so many), it is so important to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. Coming to one of our outdoor classes and even bringing a friend with you has many benefits.

1. You are getting a great workout in!
2. You are getting some much-needed vitamin D.
3. If you are bringing a friend you are getting some much-needed social interaction in the fresh air.

Getting outside for some Vitamin D supports your immune system, keeps your brain healthy, and even combats seasonal depression. These three simple things can have long-lasting positive benefits on your physical and mental well-being.

We will be adding pop outdoor classes as the weather permits! Check out these outdoor events we have planned in the upcoming months. Sign up early, grab a friend or co-worker (you ARE allowed to see them in other places than just on Zoom!). You can keep track of our special events on our Events Tab and Facebook Page.
