Increase strength and sports performance
Your first time [and maybe every time] will be a challenge. Always be ready for a challenge, and take it. By using your own body weight, weights, towels, or even a rolled up yoga mat, you will sweat and fatigue your muscles – increasing your muscular endurance strength and in turn making your other workouts more worthwhile.

Create and Strengthen Proprioception
