There are a few things around H2L that we really love. Challenges and breakfast making the top of our list. So, we decided to put them together.

For the month of December, we’re challenging you to set those alarms and get your workouts done in the morning! This month’s Breakfast Club challenge, we’ll keep track of your attendance in the 5am, 5:30am and 6am hours during the week. The two clients who have attended the most classes at the end of the month will each win a gift card to Diener’s Resturant in Mechanicsburg to enjoy a Breakfast or Brunch for their hard work!

What do you have to do? Nothing, we’ll keep track of everything and let you know every few days where you stand. All you have to do, is set your alarm and meet us at the studio!

Monday — 6am Cycle with Adam & 6am Energy Yoga with Monica
Tuesday – 5am Power Cricut with Myka & 6am  Cardio Barre with Courtney
Wednesday – 6am Cycling with Adrienne & 6am Energy Yoga with Monica
Thursday – 5:30am Cycle + Bootcamp with Kelly & 6am Cardio Barre with Megan
Friday – 6am Barefoot HIT with Adrienne & 6am Cycle with Kelly
