H2L’s newest addition, Women’s Group / Girl’s Night, will be just the place for you to connect with other women! This series was originally designed for Moms, but we figured, all woman can enjoy a night hanging out! Must be 21 or over.
We’ll meet once a month (3rd Friday of the month) on Fridays 7-9pm, each month featuring different events, topics, or social themes. Each month is a little different in pricing, see below. If you commit to all 6 nights, it’s $80 ($10 savings!)! Even if you can’t make 1 you might save more by buying the series package.
Here’s a general plan of what will be provided during the 6-month series. This is subject to change based on interest, availability, and scheduling.
Friday, October 18th
Can you really HAVE IT ALL? Tonight we’ll check all 3 boxes, fitness, food and friends. This month we start off with a quick 20-minute Core Class. Then Holly from Giant Foods will join us for a quick Meal Prep Workshop to help us learn some tips and tricks on meal prepping.
The remaining time is our social hour, appetizers and refreshments are provided but feel free to BYOB your favorite wine, beer or mixed drinks. We start to chat and get to know the ladies in this group. Wear something comfortable to workout in! Shoes are not required.

Friday, November 15th
This month we are thankful for.. ADULT TIME. Welcome to movie night! We’ll pop up the big screen, roll out the yoga mats, get comfy and watch one of the latest ROMCOMS. That’s right, a film that has no animation or talking pet. Snacks and refreshments provided, as always for these — feel free to BYOB. Wear something comfortable… we aren’t here to impress!

This month the theme is SELF CARE. You cannot pour from an empty cup, right? This month we FILL IT UP. Tonight is about you. Enjoy Eyebrow waxes, Chair Massages (15-minutes) and Reflexology Demos (15-minutes) from our H2L Wellness practitioners and more! When you aren’t in an appointment you can join us at our Stress Balm Making Station that you make a stress balm to take with you! This will help ease your mind and body. February is always about celebrating the love you share with others. This month in H2L Mom’s Group, we are celebrating the love you share with YOURSELF. When was the last time you felt pretty? When was the last time you got your portrait taken? You, beautiful mama, are going to LOVE YOURSELF at this month’s photoshoot. We welcome Alyssa from Pop Shots Photography who will create a beautiful backdrop for your photo sesh. Hair and Makeup provided! When you aren’t up for your photoshoot we’ll have a small group session with some workshops to help you find out who you really are.

We’ll start out with a guest speaker and then we’ll break out some of the more ‘adult’ themed games (really, just games that don’t send you back down the slide you just climbed up).
