Yin Yoga Series

Friday 5:30-6:30pm Starting September 30th-October 21st

By now you’ve tried vinyasa yoga at H2L and have grown to love sun salutations and warrior poses. Try something new this fall with H2L’s yin yoga series beginning Friday, September 30th.

For this 4-week series, join Susan Bennett RYT 200 to explore the gentle poses of yin yoga. The yin approach promotes flexibility especially in the hips and spine through longer held poses with the support of bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks.

Completely new to yoga? No problem, yin is also great for beginners!
