With the change in the weather and soon the change in time we know that 6am workouts seem impossible in your mind because it’s too dark. Well, did you know that 6am is actually one of the best times to get it in.

  1. Working out in general releases endorphins so it naturally makes you happy.

  1. Exercise boost your metabolic rate which means you will burn calories all day. Wait what? Yes, you can start burning calories even before your first PSL.
  1. You will be aroused! Haha! More focused is what we really mean, this allows you to stay alert later in the day.
  2. It leaves time for other priorities. Get to the gym while the kids are sleeping allows more time with them in the evening hours. Going right home after work and not feeling guilty sounds like a pretty sweet deal!
  1. Last but not least you will sleep better at night. Not because you are exhausted but because your body has all day to wind down before bedtime.
