A new year brings new intentions…Mindful ones!

The blustery cold weather this week is not good for our new year’s resolutions. Who wants to leave the house when it’s 23 degrees outside Not me, a warm house surfing the web sounds much better. How do you stay motivated to reach your goals? As in many Pilates and yoga practices its “Mind over Matter” you need to have mindful intentions a to succeed. Starting with a solid foundation is the best way to build a lasting resolution. Take a few deep breaths and calm your mind, refocus on your resolution and mindfully proceed again!
