Private Lessons – What’s the Deal?
Imagine your perfect class. This class fits right into your schedule. You know that your teacher has planned a sequence for your body with your goals in mind, whether that be relaxation, flexibility, or a specific pose you’d like to perfect. By now you’ve tried several of the classes on the schedule. Or, maybe you’re too nervous about being new to Pilates and yoga to come to a group class. Either way, private lessons allow you to find a convenient time slot to dedicate to your practice. Private lessons can be one on one with a teacher so that the practice is tailored to your needs. Individualized attention can help you gain confidence on the mat, whether you are a beginner or are working on more advanced poses. We also offer Duo and Trio private lessons for you and your friends.
Private lessons will take your Pilates and yoga practice to the next level. Group classes create great energy and a sense of community, but the real benefit comes from your inward focus on the mind-body connection. The process of connecting your breath with your movement relieves anxiety and stress. Less stress means better health. The more you can practice, the stronger that mind-body connection will become and the more benefits you will feel. In a private lesson, we’ll develop a sequence just for you that you can practice any time. In fact, you’ll have homework to do between your weekly, biweekly, or monthly private sessions.
