We always hear that people want to try Yoga, Barre or Pilates, but wanting to try and getting into the studio are two different things! We’re here to help you step outside of your comfort zone to start working on a healthier you!

We’ve got three options for beginners.. anyone looking to learn more and find out what works best for them just in time for those New Year’s Resolutions.

1. BEGINNER YOGA SERIES

Introduction to the transformative power of yoga! Learn the importance
of breath awareness (pranayama) as you explore basic yoga postures
(asanas) safely and effectively. Brenda provides clear and detailed
instructions, and offers modifications tailored to your physical needs.
Upon completion of this class, you will have a basic yoga foundation and
develop the confidence needed to move you to the next level of yoga
practice!

NEW EVENING CLASS!
When:
 Tuesdays, 6pm-7pm
January 12th, 19th, 26th and February 2nd, 9th

2. Beginner Barre night

Always wanted to try Barre? Now is your chance! This one night only class will show you how much Barre can benefit you!! It’s not scary, we swear! Everyone in class is just starting out, too. We will walk you through what Barre is, what we do in a class and discuss the benefits to find out if it’s right for you!

When: Tuesday, January 5th, 6pm-7pm
Cost: The cost of a drop in is $15, or you can use one of your classes from a class pack!
Register: Online by clicking schedule, advancing to the date (1/05/16) and clicking “Sign Up” for the Beginner Barre Workshop
